Mark Norige – President and CEO
Mark Norige, president and CEO, brings more than three decades of life science experience to Celeros. Since September 2007, as the company's president and CEO, Norige drives development of Celeros’s business strategies, growth plans and the creation of the company's guiding principles—vision, values and commitment.
Prior to Celeros, at Harvard Bioscience he served as; president of Harvard Apparatus Division; Chief Operating Officer; and Vice president of Operations and Engineering. Before joining Harvard Bioscience in 1997, Norige served as the Business Unit Manager for the instrumentation division of QuadTech Corp.; held a variety of leadership roles in Operations Management and Business and Product Development for Waters Corporation; and was Operations Manager at Texas Instruments.
Since 2000, Norige serves on the Biomedical Engineering Advisory Board at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Norige earned a bachelor's degree from Lowell Technological Institute and a master's degree in business administration from Babson College.

Robert “Bret” Carr – Development and Engineering
Carr brings over 30 years of equipment Research & Development (R&D)
experience and strong creative abilities to his role as founder and Director
of Engineering at Celeros Inc. In this role, Carr is charged with helping
transform the company through the development and introduction of innovative
products that address pressing pharmaceutical and biotech downstream
processing needs to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Prior to founding Celeros in June 2004, Carr spent much of his career
leading technical advancements for Carr Engineering, Alfa Laval, Carr
Separations, Instron, and Sanborn.
Carr's innovative designs are widely recognized and resulted in many U.S.
and International patents.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Northeastern University,
graduating with high honors and his masters degree from Boston University.

Gregory Cybulski – Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Global
Cybulski brings 20 years of experience in the life science industry to his role at Celeros. As a founding member of the company, he has served in this current capacity since 2004 where his extensive background in centrifugal separation technologies, sensitivity to market trends, vision, and pursuit of quality has been instrumental in the development of the organization. He has earned a reputation for competitiveness in the marketplace and excellence in customer service.
Cybulski is responsible for effectively positioning Celeros as the market leader in bioprocess centrifugation through innovation and discipline in execution. By applying strategic market analysis and strong sales planning, fostering the expansion of sales distribution channels, and effectively sequencing new product launches, Cybulski delivers profitable world-wide growth revenue across the Celeros product portfolio. He has held positions of increasing managerial experience at life science equipment manufacturing companies. Immediately prior to Celeros, he served as the North American sales director responsible for the range of cGMP pharmaceutical filtering centrifuges manufactured by Rousselet-Robatel (Annonay, France).
Cybulski is a member of numerous international organizations and societies, and frequently contributes to industry as a public speaker, published author, and university lecturer. Cybulski earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from the College of Environment and Life Sciences at the University of Rhode Island.

Robert Cutler CPA– Controller
Cutler brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across a broad base of financial disciplines and industries, including healthcare, to his role as financial controller.
Prior to joining Celeros in October 2008, Cutler served as a Senior Consultant at Accounting Management Solutions.
Earlier in his career, Cutler was Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse. Cutler earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a certified public accountant.

Balmore Alvarez – Sr. Project Manager
Alvarez, brings more than 25 years of project management experience to Celeros. He has extensive experience in managing the complete project life cycle in Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical projects including Commissioning and Qualification. In this role, he establishes and executes global project management strategies for Celeros, driving on-target deliveries of products to customers as well as Celeros internal projects across business functions.
Prior to joining Celeros Balmore served as a Process Project Engineer / Project Manager for numerous capital equipment and process projects at leading companies including Pfizer, Sanofi-Pasteur, and Genzyme. As a Process Project Engineer, he handled all functions including process improvement, process analyses, scale-up, optimization, technical transfer, maintenance support, project support, validation/documentation, and training.
Alvarez earned his B.S. degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with Project Engineering Management and Project Management certifications.
